We are immensely proud to say that throughout all the lockdowns and restrictions we continued to operate.
Considerable investment in IT, Cloud-based storage and a VOIP phone system means we can work from home or anywhere in the world with an internet connection - within hours if needed.
Our service to our clients will continue to remain uninterrupted.
Clients enter via their own external door accessed from the carpark, and can consult a solicitor in complete safety. Aerosol transmission is virtually impossible - this room has two doors and a glass window and solid wall splitting the room into two separately accessed spaces.
Documents can be signed, exchanged and witnessed while keeping our clients and our staff completely segregated.
One of our aims here was to facilitate mask-free meetings to assist lip readers and the hard of hearing.
Hand sanitiser and single-use pens are available.
This work was completed during the first lockdown.
Please note Meeting Room 2 is not wheelchair accessible.
MEETING ROOM 2 : SEGREGATED MEETINGS THROUGH GLASS
and
CONSULT A SOLICITOR REMOTELY VIA SCREEN (not wheelchair accessible).
MEETING ROOM 1 : FACE TO FACE MEETINGS (Masks required please)
SIGNING BOOTH : DOCUMENT SIGNATURES CAN BE WITNESSED THROUGH GLASS.
Client-only external access from the carpark, allowing you to view and sign documents safely with our staff as witnesses behind glass
Our Signing Booth is about as luxurious as the average phonebox, but it WORKS!

The Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Accreditation establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
Since its inception in 2011, the CQS has created a trusted community which has helped year on year to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector.
Our IT systems have been stress tested, audited and accredited to CyberEssentials standards to reassure customers that we are working to secure our IT against cyber attack.
Independent auditing confirms the organisation’s cyber security level.
Government contracts require Cyber Essentials certification.
