I just wanted to again thank you for all your help and support regarding the sale of my mum's house. I honestly couldn't be more greatful for everything you've done, especially with the issues that popped up regarding the probate delay and  freehold/leasehold complications. Obviously the process took a little longer than expected due to the probate, which I should have dealt with through yourselves, but a friend of the family recommended a probate specialist,  so I have a slight regret with that decision, but we got there in the end. It was an absolute pleasure everytime I spoke to you, that personal aspect made a huge difference. I never actually spoke to anyone at my other solicitors, just emails. Whereas you actually made it feel as though I was your only client and your main priority, and I really appreciate that.
