Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney

If you have been appointed as an Attorney under an EPA then you are under a duty to register it with the Court if you believe that the person who granted the power has become or is becoming mentally incapable of managing their financial affairs. 

It is necessary to serve notice of your intention to register and strict deadlines must be adhered to.

If you need assistance in this regard then we undertake the registration process for you on a fixed fee of £300 plus VAT plus the court registration fee of £82 although the court fee can be halved if your gross annual income is less than £12,000.

Powers signed prior to 30th September 2007 are still valid.
